Overheating TLC Chips #2

Possible fix is to reduce to 3 volts ish to allow up to 120ma of current sink instead of 60ma, not sure how this helps but from reading other peoples problems this may help.

Ah, I think its because its closer to the voltage drop of the LED's.

with bars sketch has been traced to exercising channels that are free floating. modifying bars so that it only exercise channels that are connected to LEDs has fixed the overheating issue on TLC 7 row 3. TLC 8 appears to have a problem with either the source board or panel. TLC chip worked fine when swapped into board 7.
