Update to .net core #504

Is there any plan to update this for .net core? We are upgrading our code from .net framework to .net core and would like to continue using this.

Insight.Database currently targets netstandard 1.5 and 2.0 and already works with .Net Core.

If you find any issues with insight running on .Net core please open an issue with the details so we can investigate it.
