[Enhancement] Offer preference to disable "Connect" dialog on startup #271

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting SSHFS.app opens the dialog to connect.
2. All my base are belong to the recent servers list, so I press Cancel.
3. Every. Time.
4. I'd love a preference that disabled the connect dialog and let me just
use the recent list.
5. Failing that, if Apple sort out URLMount.framework in OSX10.5 maybe then
I can just use CMD+K / sshfs:// ... here's hoping.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It does what I expect, just not what I'd like :)

If I could disable the "Connect" dialog, I wouldn't have to hit "Cancel"
each time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SSHFS0.3.0 on OSX10.4.10

Please provide any additional information below.
Thanks, this tool is wonderful. I hope my suggested enhancement is
something other people will find useful too!

I apologise for adding this issue, which relates to the unsupported GUI rather
than
the SSHFS implementation, to the issue tracker for macfuse.

Thanks again for your excellent work.
