CJK characters alignment issue in some applications

In a normal situation, the width of a single CJK character of Sarasa Gothic (mono/fixed variants) is perfectly 2 times of the width of a single Latin character.

But in some applications, the width of a single CJK characters is about 3~4 times of the width of a single Latin character, which cause the alignment issue.
