in the pending games the add genre boxes require stuff #195

Describe the bug :boom: in the pending games area if you select a genre other then other/====Create new genre==== it still requires you to fill the other 2 fields To Reproduce :dizzy: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://forge.christianguilds.com/acp/games/pending' (with a pending game as a game master)
  2. switch the genre to someting other then other/====Create new genre====.
  3. click button
  4. See error

Expected behavior :exclamation: it would let me not fill out the other fields if i changed the genre
