CA0060 on TFS build server stopping us from using ELMAH #283

we are getting a ca0060 from our build server when we use elmah.

we are logging to text files for our qa servers and on live we dont use it at 
all

is there a way to get an official build of elmah that doesn't have all the 
other guffins so we can continue to use it?
