Hi Joohanna,

I already tried to use your script, it works well! And your description on the code is super clear! But I do not understand how the test files on bridging water contact between protein and DNA are generated, because I know little about the information on dynamical molecular structure. Your code on the lifetime is great! Good work!

Hi Johanna,

I tested your code and it runs nicely without any errors. Thanks to a clear readme file I could run some test calculations in R. I get more or less the same numbers as you so the calculations seems correct although if I consider the decimals and round to the closest integer we differ a bit. I don't know if you do it on purpose or not, but if not maybe you should show floats instead of integers in the result table.
