record command does not behave as documented in UG #3

This gives me the impression that using record command on the same date as an existing record will modify that record.

I expected to see just "cough". However, it just adds on to the previous record.

This is a minor phrasing error, and should be an issue of VeryLow severity instead of Low. "modify" should be worded as "add on to"
