Cannot see all patients that visited on a certain date #4

I took this to mean that adding a date would show me all patients that visited on that date.

However, even though both patients had a record on 16/04/2021, only the currently loaded patient showed up, which surprised me at first, then I realised I had misinterpreted the UG. Perhaps rewording is needed.

Team's Response

In this document, we have stated 'details of a patient'. We also put a note below to state the pre-requisite of this command is the loading of a patient. We would say that this is clear enough in the explanation, which should not confuse the user when he/she reads the user guide.
