MO SMS not thrown to connected http URL #1049

I have connected MO routes which is suppose to forward the received SMS on a specify short code to an external URL. But when the MO message is received, no URL is called and I can confirm indeed the MO was received by looking in the messages.log file.

How do I know the http URL was not called? I looked into the deliversm-thrower.log log file
