Question: DLT Parameters via http/ Rest API #1183

I have configured Jasmin and SMPPs (upstream) and have been able to test SMS's with stimulator using HTTP and Rest API.

However, for India specific use case, I need to send two additional parameters with SMPP PDU - Template_ID (Tag value in hex: 1400, Decimal: 5120) and PE_ID (Tag value in hex: 1401, Decimal: 5121).

I have tried to search everything and everywhere I could but missing the direction. Is there a way to send these to http/ Rest API so its included in the Submit_SM?

These are unsupported TLV parameters
