SMPP Client connector restarting issue after updating a config key requiring restart #68

When updating one of the keys in RequireRestartKeys the connector is normally started but stays in incorrect state _BIND_TRXPENDING.

It is more to be a "quick restart issue": starting connector when it is not completely unbound will lead to this issue.
