Pass socks proxy to librtmp #105

librtmp nominally supports using a SOCKS proxy (it's broken currently, but 
that's kind of a separate issue). This patch adds support for passing that 
information to it when the plugin is configured to use SOCKS.

Turns out that the librtmp code for this was merged back in October 
(http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/rtmpdump/2012-October/002139.html) so it'd 
be nice to have support for it in the plugin.

apologies but this never got in before other patches came along and broke it. 
Quite a bit has changed, so this will need to be redone either by me or you.
