Live Restart #156

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get up two hours too late
2. Play live stream
3. Try to rewind two hours

Expected output: two-hour-old TV (via iPlayer Live Restart functionality)
Actual output: 15 second old TV

Version 2.5.9

Just a F/R :)

That is not supported even under the official BBC apps.
If you get up two hours late, then use catch up.
