jd_seattle_settings.zip should be renamed #1

this is a small one.

like the extensions package on the download page https://www.joomdev.com/products/templates/jd-seattle-template

the name should have UNZIPFIRST giving jd_seattle_settings_UNZIPFIRST.zip
