Change UpdateServers for HTTPS #43

Please change the part. Add the HTTPS variant as First Priority server and the HTTP variant as second Priority in case HTTPS isn't reachable because of server misconfigurations.

Don't even bother with the priority. Joomla core doesn't even support this property right now (looks like something that was intended but never implemented).

Closing PR following merge of https://github.com/joomla-extensions/install-from-web-client/pull/47 which does same thing without bothering with priorities following comment above.
