search button tooltip prevents mouseclick in search field #335

Steps to reproduce the issue

install https://github.com/joomla-extensions/patchtester/releases/tag/4.1.0 on a Joomla 4.1 https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/tree/4.1-dev
configure the patch tester with your GitHub Token
Click on Fetch Data to get all pull requests
try to place the mouse pointer in the search field

Expected result

I am able to place the mouse pointer in the search field

Actual result

the tooltip of the search button prevents the action above
