Related to Issue #463 .

Summary of Changes

Layout for categories tree adapted to com_content categories, fixed display.

NOTE: com_weblinks uses css classes of com_content

Build a category tree of weblinks. Also add images to categories,

With your patch #464 and it is a picture or description in the highest weblinks-category and if it set to show this Subcategories Descriptions or show this picture from Options Tab of the highest weblinks-category it is a suboptimal position of the first + and -
