[4.0] Deinstallation of the package does not uninstall the editor-xtd plugin #473

Steps to reproduce the issue

Install weblinks from here https://downloads.joomla.org/extensions/weblinks/4-0-0, then uninstall the package

deinstall-pck-weblinks

Expected result

The whole package is removed with all files

Actual result

The plugin in en editors-xtd remains, also in the #__extensions table. It can be deinstalled via the extension manager

It causes by wrong id. Fixed by this commit https://github.com/joomla-extensions/weblinks/commit/4667f402770cf86083ed16e37b95d272b80f95a7
