[3.10] Menu item type COM_WEBLINKS_WEBLINK_VIEW_DEFAULT_TITLE #485

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open menu item type "Web Links" user get:

Untitled

Expected result

Available menu item types are shown.

Actual result

Not available menu item types ist shown.

Confirmed. Not sure if this was a feature in older versions?

I can confirm that the problem is that the directory administrator/components/com_weblinks/models/fields contains only a subdirectory modal and no file and so is ignored on installation.

Adding an empty index.html to the folder allows the installation to proceed normally and the field file can then be found.

WHOOPS - this seems to have been fixed in v3.9.0 of weblinks. Although I am confused as it seems the empty directory is still there, so maybe that wasn't the problem. I'm confused - ignore me :-)
