Earlier this year, it was approved by Open Source Matters to relicense the Framework code from GPL v2+ to LGPL v2.1+. As this package is intended for the Framework, I've applied the license change into the repository with this pull request. If you are OK with this change, then merging this PR will take some extra burden off our team as we work through carrying this out.
