Enforcing codestyle to PSR-12 #4

This PR changes everything to use the codestyle PSR-12 with a few exceptions. This PR also includes the changes from #3. I would prefer to merge the 2 separately, so that we have one commit which sets up drone and one which makes the codestyle checks pass.
