Add commit history to issue view #2

Displays the commits for an associated issue. I just ran the sync tool for the 1.0 issues (as that seemed to be the default) and there were only 15 entries in the #__code_tracker_issue_commits table. So I guess that we aren't going to have many of these :/

I'm not sure where to position this. Maybe rather than having it in it's own section I guess better would to add the commits in with the repsonses? Give a type to comments and commits so you can render them slightly differently. Thoughts?

We can either handle it like the issue tracker and try to order everything chronologically or we can just leave commits after responses. Personally I'd go for the latter, it leaves them all in a group at least.

1.0 didn't get much time on JoomlaCode, when we pull in 1.5+ there should be a lot more data.

I was thinking the chronological option might look nicer (though harder to implement). But generally for this all the commits are going to be at the end of the comments anyhow so not sure it makes a great deal of difference.
