Summary of changes

Added the pause animations button for disabling autoplaying gifs, videos, CSS transitions, and animation.

Testing instructions

Make sure that you are able to play/stop gifs, autoplaying videos, CSS transitions and animations by clicking on the "Stop animation" button.
