Pull Request for Issue #149.

Summary of Changes

Problem on the querySelector at joomla-field-user webcomponent. Using the correct selector for the modalBody.

Testing Instructions

Go to Users > User Notes > Click New > Click User field's right button > Select user

Expected result

Working as it means.

Actual result

Not working.
