Add user button issue at Dashboard page #168

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to "Dashboard" page, click on "icon-plus" button in "User Quick Overview" block. There should redirect users to "Users: New" details page instead Users listing page Screenshot (5)

Expected result

Redirect users to "Users: New" details page

Actual result

Redirecting users to Users listing page

This was a bug in joomla and fixed at this pull https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/27286
