"Module Assignment" issue #185

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go over head to "Menus > All Menu Items". Select a menu item and edit it. Select "Module Assignment" tab. Click on one of module titles at "Module" colunm

Expected result

Should open "Edit module settings" modal

Actual result

Nothing occurs Screenshot (5)
