Joomla installation not proceeding #118

Steps to reproduce the issue

Download the latest dev and try to install .

Expected result

No error, installation proceeds without any issue.

Is this not a problem that the min files are not available?

I not think so it was a min file problem . Files are loaded successfully

@laoneo Sorry, my laptop hinges got broken and I submitted it to service centre for 2 days .
