Summary of Changes

Drop the deprecated code
Joomla object from core.js always overrides anything declared before. This is our API, meaning this loads before everything else

I'm closing this as we need to review the API first and then come up with the changes here. Will reopen with all the needed changes once we have an agreement on the modal API and the rest...
