GDPR: Locationfield loads Google resource without checks #19

The Locationfield in the frontend loads Google Maps resources without checking for consent from the user. We have to fix that...

I'm not sure we even need to have the mapping section within VP. Maybe a discussion to be had with Harald/Crystal etc.? Just listing peoples countries should be enough.
