CSS Styling is wrong #33

The beta code used a version of the live template 3 which in turn overwrote parts of the new joomla 4 templates. I am working through updating the frontend.css file with all of the definitions needed to correct the display to the current live version without corrupting the base joomla 4 template.

Complete after upgrading to Template 4.0.7
