The Tasks should be called via webcrons
[x] An automated hash is generated for the config, when webcron is enabled
[x] The URL is showed in the config, when enabled webcron is enabled
[x] There is a entry point in the schedulerunner plugin
[x] When webcron is called the hash is checked
