Pull Request for Issue #27.

Summary of Changes

[x] Move the Task Notification settings to the Task Item page.
[x] Update the Notification Plugin Logic.

Testing Instructions

Task (eMail) Notifications should be configurable and work when set up on a per-task basis.

Actual result BEFORE applying this Pull Request

Notification config could only be applied on a global scope for all tasks.

Expected result AFTER applying this Pull Request

Notifications can be configured independently for each task.
