Intro and eclipse #231

Some additions to the Getting Start text, plus details on how to get Eclipse and Xdebug installed.

I would remove the xdebug stuff from the Eclipse title, also I would reorder it. phpStorm, Visual Studio, Eclipse. But don't care too much.

On the other side we should need more information on the other editors (more used now then eclipse) and also better structured. xdebug is supported by all of them for example.

I've changed the title and ordering as you suggested, but I'd leave the content on VS and phpStorm to someone who actually uses those. I just use Eclipse.
