Reformat the code to be more accessible and a bit more seo friends.
Also did some reformating of other parts to but more space into the markdown files.
We will not use any # for title tag any more only ==== this allows easier to find wrong usages of h1 headlines.

Also adding a blank line between command blocks like headline or codeblocks makes the code more readable.
Lines should not be too long, maybe around 160 characters
