There are a few people. This is not enough to fulfill our mission. We need to build a team. And in order to do this, we must have a vision of the team.
Expansion of the JAT
Define our responsibility. I have made a proposal. Responsibilities need to be discussed and agreed upon.
Define a index our tasks. The method of defining the scope of the team's responsibility is to draw up an index of the team's tasks, the work we intend to do.
Define the target group structure. I have presented a preliminary structural design. Once we have defined the tasks of the team, we should assign them to the subteams.
Share responsibility for managing team matters (I am thinking of such tasks as: work planning, working with staff, maintaining team resources - Github, Portal Accessibility, cooperation with other teams, promotion of team work.)
Define procedures for working with other teams (With whom? To what extent? Who is responsible? )
Define a system of work with the staff (positioning, introduction, support, mentoring, accounting)
