Pull Request for Issue #252 .

Summary of Changes

a radio always has a value so no need to set it to be required we must always have the label for a11y so use renderfield xml codestyle

The styling is looking much better now.The 100% width when we only have one column is an accessibility problem when there is something important at the far end such as a select dropdown or a select button

I'm approving this PR. I see that the default option in the workflow will probably have a label now, but I guess that is okay/correct. Otherwise this is codestyling. Thank you for this.
