Fix filter tags in com_categories #355

Summary of Changes

Filter tags in com-categories changed to new layout.

Old layout was : filter-tag

Sorry this is not correct

  1. Every field requires a label
  2. Its not just this field that needs to be checked but every instance of that field type - hint check com_content

It's the same as in com_content. But thank your for the hint.

The Tag filter field does not work properly in v4.0. This is no solution for the field but cosmetic for the filter layout.
