Edit icon for menu items #94

Steps to reproduce the issue

If in clobal configuration editing for modules and menus is enabled then the menu has an edit icon and menuitems in default menus get an edit symbol. It is added via js, appears on hover and is worst UX

Expected result

In the metismenu appears an icon which enables editing of a menu item

Actual result

There is an icon for editing the module but no editing of menu items is possible

It is horrible indeed... that's why I always disable this option in GLobal Config Click on it and the component output of the page will be changed to the edit the module settings.

Do you want a PR that disables this core functionality that hopefully only 1% of the Joomla users uses? Or do you want better styling of the button that appears over the module when you hover?

This is no issue of cassiopeia. If it si resolved in core for menus, then the metis menu can use this solution.

@hans2103 I think that edit buttons which appear on hover are the contrary of accessible. Here as well as on modules.
