Framework structure for JED Tickets including linked tables for messages and internal notes.
This will be extended with the user view/edit after VEL code is uploaded.
SQL can be found in sql/jed_ticket.sql
This structure has been applied to testing server ID264608
If you intend to run this branch on your local database server I suggest you run and install the files in administrator/sql
