Move mod_joomladata from the extensions repo to the developer.joomla.org repo #16

Based on: https://github.com/joomla-extensions/joomladata by keeping the history.

I have moved this becuase this is IMO no extension we ship / support by any means and only use them on developer.joomla.org

And as this keeps the history IMO we can remove the joomla-extensions repo after commiting this one here? Any opinions.

The media path should be media/mod_joomladata
