Removing pingdom #63

Based on this PR #62, we should also remove other services which have the same issues.

FYI: Pingdom was also removed from the JDotOrg Template used on the Joomla websites, as it's not used: https://github.com/joomla/jdotorgtemplate/pull/176

I can't judge the coding or even merge this, but I would say it's a good action Production could do.
