Can not review an extension #255

When logged in under the user name wickerbill on the JED, it throws the following error.

Security checks determined you may be using an IP masking service, a VPN or a server is actively running on your internet router's public IP address. To continue, you need a different Internet connection.

BUT, I AM NOT behind a firewall or masking my IP address. I'm connected with Suddenlink/Optimum out of southeast Missouri. I've tried using a VPN to see if it would make a difference but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated as I've created several reviews in the past and have a couple I would like to create now.
