Not getting "Forgot Password / username"-Mails #266

Hi, i forgot my Password for the JED. I am pretty sure about the Mailadress and sure about the Username. But I all my tries to get an E-Mail from "Forgot my Password" are not send or at least I don't get any (not even in Spam). So I would love to get back into the JED with my Credentials. Any help possible? Best regards Niko aka JamFX in the JED

I've just requested password reset and immediately received the "Your Joomla! Extensions Directory™ password reset request" email. What domain is your email address on? Could it be that it rejects some of incoming emails?

Hi, the domain is @ nik-o-mat.de. It's on my server. I get way too much spam, and I can not imagine, that the Mail is rejected. I have not access to the Maillogs though. I tried right now once more, bot got nothing. :man_shrugging:
