[4.2] Problem with field Angle in Media/Rotate #39060

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to Content --> Media, select any image to edit, go to the Rotate tab. Play with the Angle field, you can enter the value manually or, for example, click on the arrows with the cursor.

The image is rotated, but the value in the field is reset to "zero".

Bug confirmed

IT works perfectly when you use the buttons just not when using the input field
