Saving media item after editing doesn't show "Media saved" in a green box

Steps to reproduce the issue

In Joomla 4.2.5,

1. Login to the backend and go to Media
2. Select an image to Edit
3. Click on the three dots of the image and select Edit from the menu
4. Make a change in any of the tabs (crop, resize, rotate)
5. Click the Save button

Expected result

To see a notification in a green box that says "Media saved" (or some text to that end)

Actual result

No notification in a green box displays.

System information (as much as possible)

4.2.5, probably prior to that too but this is the first I've tested it. FF & Chrome. PHP 8 and 8.1

Confirmed also for 4.2.4. No message after apply.

Confirmed also for 4.3.0-dev. Does not relate to this issue, but I have another question. Is the following an expected result? System takes Date Created from Date Modified.
