I can't find any configuration options on the CJO website. I also can't find an account in our vault to manage the trainings on the suppliers websites. I don't know any way to solve it.

At least I do something, which also means contacting people. If you have something valuable to add, then take your time to reply, else there are rather more important things to do.

I guess you're right and that it is not important to fix something that was first reported 12 months ago. OS Training are a supplier in a commercial arrangement with OSM it is plainly ridiculous that they have not been contacted to resolve the issue with their service. If the training videos are not good then no one will upgrade and therefore OSM will not receive anything from the arrangement. As you dont seem to think it is worth your time to contact OS Training I have done this for you.

You do assumptions, without any facts! (As usual). You are just complaining, make noise without saying something, trying to blame other people without fact checking!

If you are going to point fingers to me... Someone who at least takes actions, while others didn't do anything since the issue is created. You are certainly at the wrong address and then also don't expect, I do anything else for you if you create any future issues.

Actually after checking further is it possible @mediaateam to address the API error in the short term? I don't think it is helpful to unwind the connection.

Might want to redirect it to the new documentation location.
