joomla.org - Banner update - Who is using Joomla? #1943

Hi, it would be good to update the banner in the section "Who is using Joomla?".

It might be a good idea to coordinate this with the marketing team, or perhaps hold some sort of poll on which prominent person/brand to choose for this banner on the main CMS page.

I removed it for now and notified outreach dc.
