[jcomm] Can't login into Identity.portal.org or forums.joomla.org HELP #1967

Hello there,

I have had an account on forum.joomla.org and identity.joomla.org under exlemor@gmail.com and yet...

I can't login they give me error messages of:

Forums: You have specified an incorrect username. Please check your username and try again. If you continue to have problems please contact the Board Administrator.

[ Board Administrator page disabled ] ;(

Identity Portal Incorrect username or password

Either no user with the given username could be found, or the password you gave was wrong. Please check the username and try again.

yet, I have reset multiple times the account and still it does not work. I also tried to create a new account with the email address exlemor@gmail.com and it says: there is a user with that account (logical since it's my account).

I am hosting a Pizza, Bugs and Fun Feb. 24th and can't connect to Mattermost which is a real issue aside from the Forums account.

I have not that I know of been banned or kicked off [which I wouldn't understand why if I was as I have not ever written anything mean, or etc] nor have I received any messages so this type of issue.

Identity login works as expected, please reset your password again and don't forget your 2fa authentication

@pe7er I didn't looked at the forum

Odd,... after having reset for the 5th time (and using the same password), it finally worked :/
