Every time I add my number I get this message (Your country, phone number, and location data do not match. Please correct it.) I have tried on several devices and numbers but they show the same message.

What can I do to fix this problem?

Do you have issues with signing up at https://launch.joomla.org/ ? Yes, when I try to create an account on Joomla. I get this message (Your country, phone number, and location data do not match. Please correct it.)

Hello,

Please send an e-mail to sales@cloudaccess.net with your registration information - including the country and phone number - and we will be happy to register the account for you manually. If you're using a VPN, please disable it and try registering then.
